Description

24 Crovie is a cottage from the early to mid-19th century. It is a single-storey building with three bays, featuring a lower single-storey, two-bay gabled addition at the west gable that faces the sea. The front and east gable are made of rubble, while the rear and additional wing are harled, with rendered reveals. The main entrance is centrally located and consists of a double-leaf plank door, with a secondary entrance in the wing. There is a window in the east gable, and the cottage has 6- and 12-pane glazing. It has end stacks and a slate roof, which includes modern loft lights on the main cottage, while the addition has a pantile roof also fitted with a modern loft light.
