Description

20 Crovie is a cottage that likely dates from the mid to late 18th century, with significant later additions. It is a single storey and attic structure with three bays. The front elevation is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, while the gable is harled. A substantial lean-to porch is located at the center entrance, which also features a side doorway. There is a later single piended wallhead dormer with 2- and 4-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks and a slate roof.
