Description
17 Crovie is a narrow cottage built in the later 19th century, likely on an earlier site. It is a single storey with an attic and consists of two bays. The exterior is harled with contrasting painted margins. A lean-to porch covers the doorway, which has a single window to the left. There is a canted wallhead dormer with varied glazing, and the cottage features an end stack and a slate roof. At the rear, there is a later weatherboard lean-to addition, and a rubble wall encloses a small rear yard.
