Description

18 Knock Street is a cottage from the later 19th century, featuring a single storey and an attic with three bays. The front is made of rubble with contrasting painted joints and long and short detailing, while the gable is harled. There is an off-centre entrance, and the outer bays have later gabled dormers with finials that break the wallhead, which contain modern two-pane glazing. The cottage has concrete coped end stacks and a slate roof with a tiled ridge and a roof light.
