Description

7 Boyne Street is a cottage from the early to mid-19th century. It is a single storey with an attic and features three bays. The front is made of rubble with contrasting painted joints, while the gables and rear are harled with contrasting painted margins. There is a central entrance and a single window on the north gable, which has 2-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks and a slate roof, which includes modern roof lights at the front. Additionally, there is a substantial modern rear box dormer.
