Description

49 Crovie is a cottage built in the early to mid-19th century. It is a single-storey building with a dormerless attic and features three bays, with an additional single bay extending continuously at the south gable. The exterior is constructed of heavily pointed rubble, with contrasting painted joints and reveals on the front elevation, while the flanks are harled. The cottage has a central door and a window in the seaward gable, both with 4-pane glazing. There are end stacks and a slate roof that includes loft roof lights.
