Description

23 Crovie is an early 19th century cottage, possibly with an earlier core. It is a single storey and attic structure with three bays. The exterior is harled with self-coloured painted margins. The entrance is located in the centre, with a window in the right bay and the left bay being windowless. There is a single window in the seaward gable and irregular fenestration at the rear. The west elevation features a single later gabled wallhead dormer above the centre door, along with a larger off-centre gabled wallhead dormer at the rear. The windows have 2-pane glazing, and the cottage has coped end stacks and a corrugated asbestos roof.
