Early-mid 19th century with substantial modern additions.

Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage. Centre door with

flanking windows; 2 substantial box dormers with bipartites;

additional rear box dormer; 2-pane glazing. End stacks; slate

roof.

Lean-to timber store at N gable.
