Description

3 Boyne Street is a cottage from the early to mid-19th century, possibly with later additions to its height. It is a single-storey building with an attic and has three bays. The exterior is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and margins on the front. The entrance is located in the center, and piended dormers extend from the wallhead in the outer bays. The windows feature 2-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
