Description

17 West End in Whitehills is a cottage from the later 19th century, possibly incorporating an earlier structure. It is a single storey and attic building with three bays. The exterior is made of rubble with contrasting painted joints and margins. The entrance is located in the center, and there are two finialled and gabled dormers that break the wallhead, featuring 2-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof. A low rubble wall surrounds a small front garden.
