Description

162 Seatown in Cullen is a cottage from the later 19th century, likely incorporating an earlier core. It is a single-storey building with an attic and features three bays. The exterior is made of painted rubble with contrasting painted long and short dressings. The central entrance has a cornice and a panelled door with a cushioned cross-rail. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays and the windows have 4-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof. At the rear, there is a two-bay wing that includes a loft hoist in the northern gable.
