Description

13 West End in Whitehills is a mid-19th century single-storey cottage with a dormerless attic. It features a three-bay design with a heavily pointed rubble front and contrasting painted joints, while the flanks and addition are harled with painted margins. The central entrance has "HR" carved on the lintel. There is a ground floor and dormerless attic window in the seaward gable, which has modern two-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks and a slate roof that includes modern roof lights. Additionally, there is a later single-storey, two-bay addition at the south gable.
