gable to street. Rubble, tooled rubble dressings. Centre

entrance; canted dormer in each outer bay; modern box dormer

at rear; modern 2-pane glazing. End stacks; slate roof.

Substantial single storey harled extension continuous at N

(seaward) gable with slate roof.
