Description

This early 19th century cottage has been raised in height and features a single storey and attic design with three bays, facing south towards the street. The exterior is constructed of heavily pointed rubble with rendered dressings. The central entrance is flanked by gabled dormers that break the wallhead in each outer bay. There are ground floor and attic windows in the south gable, which have modern two-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a substantial single storey harled addition on the north (seaward) gable.
