Description

This is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed from squared tooled dark whinstone, featuring contrasting tooled ashlar dressings and painted joints. The cottage has a central entrance with an inscribed glazed light in the door and four-pane glazing. It has coped end stacks and a slate roof that includes roof lights. There is a modern rear sun-parlour added to the building.
