Description

60 Yardie is a single-storey, three-bay cottage dating from the mid-19th century. It faces west and is constructed of tooled squared rubble that is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar on the north gable, which features contrasting painted tooled ashlar margins. The cottage has a central entrance and a small window in the north gable, both with 4-pane glazing. There are end stacks and a slate roof.
