Mid 19th century. Single storey, W facing 3-bay cottage.

Tooled squared rubble, rendered and lined as ashlar N

gable, contrasting painted tooled ashlar margins. Centre

entrance; small window in N gable; 4-pane glazing. End

stacks; slate roof.
