Description
Mary Cottage is a mid-19th century single-storey and attic cottage with three bays. It is constructed from coursed squared rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. The cottage features a central entrance and two piended dormers, which have modern two-pane glazing in wooden frames. There is a blocked eaves-course, and the ends have stacks, one of which has been renewed. The roof is covered with composite tiles. In front of the cottage, there is a dwarf wall surrounding the garden, which is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, topped with an ashlar coping.
