The Neuk Steading, located on Church Street in Garmouth, is an early to mid-19th century building that has been later heightened. It is constructed from rubble with tooled rubble dressings. The structure includes a byre, a cart shed, and a loft, featuring a loft dormer on the otherwise blind street elevation. The roof is made of slate.
