Description
The Poplars is an early to mid-19th century single storey and attic L-plan cottage located on High Street in Garmouth. The building features a three-bay shop at the street gable, constructed from tooled rubble. The central entrance leads to a three-bay garden front, which includes a timber lattice work porch and four canted dormers with varied glazing. There are end stacks and a slate roof, along with re-used scroll skewputts. Additionally, there is a single storey and loft stable and gighouse on the property, as well as a low rubble garden wall.
