Description

Roseau is a mid-19th century single storey and attic cottage with three bays. It is constructed of rubble with tooled rubble dressings and features a central entrance. Each outer bay has a canted dormer, and there is a gabled dormer in the center; all dormers are likely later additions. The windows have 4-pane glazing. The cottage has concrete coped end stacks and a slate roof. The garden is enclosed by coped rubble walls.
