Description

Fairholm is a mid-19th century, two-storey, three-bay house located on Church Street in Fordyce Village. The house is constructed of rubble with tooled rubble dressings. A small, gabled porch shelters the central entrance. Three windows are positioned on the first floor, each set beneath a small, pedimented gable, with 12-pane glazing. The roof is covered in slate, with coped end stacks. A low, coped front garden wall is present.
