Description

The water stand pump located on Church Street in Fordyce Village was designed by Glenfield and Kennedy in the later 19th century. It features a fluted cast-iron structure and is positioned on the pavement outside a property known as Roseau. The pump has a fluted domed cap that does not include a finial, and it is adorned with a lion's mask spout.
