Description

The water pump located at The Green in Kirk Yetholm was made by Glenfield and Kennedy in the late 19th century. It features a cast-iron design with a bucket stand, a fluted column that has a lion spout (which is broken), a fluted cap, and a decorative foliate finial. The basin is surrounded by brick and concrete coping.
