Description
The Vardo, located on The Green in Kirk Yetholm, is a mid-18th century, two-storey, three-bay symmetrical house that is part of a terrace. The exterior features cream harling and a battered base course.
On the southeast elevation, the bays are grouped toward the center, with a doorway situated in the middle. The door is modern and includes a glazed upper panel. There are single windows in the bays on both the left and right sides for each floor.
The windows are plate glass sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slate, and there are harled brick mutual gable stacks and skew coping.
