Description
This mid 18th century, two-storey, three-bay house is located on a corner site in Kirk Yetholm. It features a bull-faced cement render with raised window surrounds and quoin strips.
On the southwest elevation, which serves as the entrance, the bays are grouped towards the center. There is an unfortunate timber sunporch at the center, with a single window above and in the flanking bays. The sash and case windows have four-pane glazing. The house has a steeply pitched grey slate roof, with a brick gablehead stack to the northwest and a harled stack to the southeast. The roof is finished with thackstanes and coped gables.
