Description

This is a single-storey and attic cottage from the mid to late 19th century, located at 2 Church Street in Fordyce Village. The cottage has three bays and features harled walls with rendered surfaces and tooled ashlar margins. The central door is flanked by later canted dormers in the outer bays. The ground floor windows have a 12-pane glazing pattern, while the dormers have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
