Description

Dolen is a two-storey house from the later 18th century, located on Church Street in Fordyce Village. The building features an irregular four-bay frontage with a gable end facing the street. It is harled and has an off-centre entrance. There are three ground floor windows, with the outer bays having been enlarged to bipartite windows. On the first floor, there is a very small central window flanked by two piended dormers, each with a piended roof that breaks the wallhead. The street gable has two small ground floor windows and two small first floor windows. The glazing varies throughout the house. It has end stacks and a slate roof.
