Description
This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 3 Union Road in Macduff, built around 1800. The exterior features harled walls with rendered margins. The central entrance is accentuated by a bracketed cornice, and the first-floor windows are longer than those on the ground floor, including a single window in both the east and west gables. The house also has canted dormer windows at the rear and 12-pane glazing throughout. There are end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a single-storey gabled wing attached to the west gable.
