Description

31 Duff Street in Macduff is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It has two storeys and a dormerless attic, featuring three bays. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar stone. The central entrance is round-headed with a keystone and has blocked imposts, leading to a double-leaf panelled door beneath a fanlight. There are two windows on the ground floor, one on the first floor, and one small attic window in the north gable facing Gellymill Street, all with two-pane glazing. The house has a single coped end stack and a slate roof.
