30 and 32 Crook O' Ness Street in Macduff is a mid to late 19th-century, three-storey warehouse with an attic that does not have dormers. The building features four bays and has irregular openings on the ground floor, while the first and second floors have symmetrical window arrangements. It is constructed of rubble with tooled rubble dressings.

On the ground floor, there is a wide segmental-headed entrance on the right, along with two pedestrian doorways and three windows. The windows on the first, second, and attic floors are located in the southeast gable. Each window has single pane-glazing in the upper half, while the lower portion is covered with metal sheeting. The building has a single end stack and a slate roof, with a lean-to structure at the rear. The rear yard is enclosed by high rubble walls.
