Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 29 Church Street in Portsoy, dating from around 1800. The exterior is harled with contrasting painted margins, and the ground floor windows feature stop-chamfered detailing. The central entrance has a panelled door topped with a letterbox fanlight, and the windows have four-pane glazing in timber sashes.

The house has renewed concrete copes on the masonry end stacks, flat skews, and a slate roof with pottery ridge tiles.
