Description
This is a 2-storey, 3-bay house located at 25 St John Street in Whithorn, dating from around 1800. The building features modern harled walls with raised painted margins and angles. A central doorway leads to a recessed door. The windows are single light, sash and case, with 4-pane glazing on the ground floor and 12-pane glazing on the first floor. The house has end skews and end coped stacks with thackstanes, along with a sandstone ridge and slate roofs. The flanks and rear are finished in painted rubble.
