Late 18th century. 2-storey, irregular 3-bay house. Harled with raised painted margins and basecourse. Off-centre doorway, recessed door with fanlight. All windows sash and case with plate glass glazing.

End skews, skewputts, coped end stacks with thackstanes. Slate roofs, sandstone ridge.
