Description

2 Institution Terrace in Banff is a late 18th century, two-storey, three-bay house. The exterior is harled with painted ashlar margins. It features a central entrance with a shallow pilastered doorpiece. The windows are timber sash and case with 12-pane glazing. The house has margined end stacks topped with corniced copes, a slate roof with pottery ridge, and flat skews with run-off skewputts.
