Description

1 Institution Terrace in Banff is a late 18th century, two-storey, three-bay house. The exterior is harled with painted ashlar margins. It features a central entrance with a shallow pilastered doorpiece and a panelled door. The windows are timber sash and case with 12-pane glazing. The house has single end stacks topped with corniced cope, a slate roof, pottery ridge, and flat skews with run-off skewputt.
