Description
6 Back Path in Banff is a house dating from around 1700. It is a two-storey building with an attic, featuring three bays and situated on a sloping site.
The exterior is harled with painted ashlar margins. The central door has moulded margins, while the flanking windows and the first-floor windows in the outer bays have plain chamfered margins. The windows are timber sash and case with 2-pane glazing. There are small, modern flat-roofed two-light dormers at the wallhead. The house has a coped end stack and a crowstepped east gable, topped with a slate roof that has a decorative pottery ridge.
Surrounding the property are high rubble garden walls.
