Description

Trevona, located at 1 Back Path in Banff, is a building from the later 19th century, which may include some earlier elements. It features a two-storey, three-bay street frontage, with a rear wing that creates an L-shaped garden front on the south side. The exterior is harled with painted margins. The central entrance is corniced, and the first-floor windows extend below the gables at the wallhead. There are end stacks and a slate roof.

The L-shaped rear includes two doorways and a canted bay window that rises to full height, breaking the wallhead. The windows are made of timber sash and case, featuring plate glass and four-pane glazing.
