Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house on corner site, junction with St John Street, at right angles with rest of George Street terraces, with shop at ground.

Rubble with painted ashlar dressings.

S elevation with large shop window to left, window and modern door to right; 3 1st floor windows.

W elevation gabled 2-bay with tall window at ground at centre and 2 1st floor windows.

SW angle chamfered with shop door and swept to square above.

Graded grey slates; dressed gablehead stacks. Coped skews with skewputts.
