Description
This is a two-storey, three-bay house built around 1800, located on George Street in Whithorn. The house is part of a terrace and is set on sloping ground. It has a harled exterior with painted margins. The front of the house features small original openings that appear to be retained, and the narrow door has been moved from the center to the outer right, with the center now blocked and converted into a window. The remaining bays on each floor have regular windows, featuring an 8-pane lying-pane glazing pattern in sash and case style. The roof is covered with graduated grey slates, and there is an end stack with a thackstane on the outer left. To the left, there is a single-storey property, while a smaller two-storey building is located to the right.
