Description

124 George Street in Whithorn is an earlier 19th century single-storey house with an attic, featuring three bays and situated on sloping ground. The exterior is rendered with painted dressings and a base course. The tall ground floor faces the street, with a central door flanked by windows. There are three gabled dormers, with the central one being smaller. The ground floor windows are sash and case with plate glass glazing, while the dormers have small-pane upper sashes and two-pane lower sashes. The roof is covered with grey slates. The property is adjoined on the right by a slightly advanced two-storey building and on the left by a smaller two-storey property.
