Description

22 Shillinghill is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that is built at right angles to number 18 Shillinghill, creating an L-shaped plan. The exterior is harled with painted margins. The central entrance features a panelled door with a letterbox fanlight above it. The windows are timber sash and case style with four panes of glazing. The house has coped end masonry stacks, flat skews, and a slate roof with pottery ridge tiles.

The front garden is enclosed by a simple drystone rubble wall.
