WARBOROUGH WHARF ROAD SU5992 (East side) Shillingford 11/19 No.19 (The Loans) 18/07/63

GV II House. Mid C18. Coursed clunch rubble with brick dressings, partly rendered; old plain-tile roof with brick gable stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys plus attics. Symmetrical rendered 5-window front, with central 6-panel door in C20 porch, has 12-pane sashes and 2 small roof dormers. Sides and rear have a stepped brick plinth and dentil eaves course. Left end wall has indications of the former rear outshut, later raised with a 2-span roof. Late-C19 rear wing. Interior: C18 stair with turned balusters and closed string.
