Description

13 Pulteney Street is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built in the early to mid-19th century. The exterior features squared tooled rubble with harled flanks, and it has contrasting painted joints, reveals, and a base course. The entrance is located in the center, and the windows have 12-pane glazing. The cottage has renewed end stacks and a slate roof.
