Description
15 Pulteney Street is a house from the early to mid-19th century that has been later heightened. It is a single-storey building with an attic and features three bays. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with harled flanks and contrasting dressings. The central entrance has a panelled door, and there are two later wallhead gabled dormers. The windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has end stacks and a slate roof.
There is also a single-storey, two-bay extension to the west, which is weatherboarded and gabled. The front of this extension is painted and lined to look like ashlar, with contrasting long and short dressings, and it was formerly used as a fishing store.
