Description

Early 19th century with later additions and alterations. Single storey with half-basement, 3-bay house. Droved ashlar, polished dressings; harled side elevation and extension to rear and rear elevation. Band course beneath ground floor level, cornice and blocking course; moulded architraves.

NE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 4 steps with original cast-iron handrails to panelled Edinburgh door to centre, plate glass rectangular fanlight above. Windows to flanking bays.

SW (REAR) ELEVATION: extension at bay to left and left of centre.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Slate piended roof. Piended roof to extension to left of centre; slant roof to extension at bay to left. Brick and coped wallhead stacks to side elevations.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALLS: harled and coped; rubble to NW.
