Description

Early 19th century with later alterations and additions. Single storey with half-basement, 3-bay classical house. Droved ashlar, polished dressings; harled to NW side elevation; rubble to SE side elevation. Band course above basement, cornice and blocking course; moulded architraves.

NE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 4 steps with original plain cast-iron handrails, to modern door to centre; plate glass rectangular fanlight above; windows to flanking bays.

SW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen; extensions to outer right and to centre.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Slate piended roof; droved ashlar wallhead stack to NW, brick with harling wallhead stack to SE.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALLS: rendered to NE.
