Description

Circa 1880 with later alterations. Single storey with basement, 3-bay square-plan house. Droved ashlar, rubble to side elevations and rear. Base course, cornice and blocking course.

SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 3 steps to panelled door to centre; plate glass rectangular fanlight above. Full-height canted window to each flanking bay.

NE (REAR) ELEVATION: window at bay to left.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows, to principal elevation; 4-pane timber sash and case windows to rear. Slate piended roof with platform at apex, skylight. Slate-hung dormers to rear. Rubble and coped wallhead stacks to NW, NE and SE.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALLS: rendered with coping to SW; tall rubble garden wall with ashlar coping to NW; tall rubble garden wall to NE.
