Description

Early 19th century with later alterations and additions. Single storey with half-basement, 3-bay classical house. Droved ashlar, polished dressings; rubble side elevations. Band course between basement and ground, cornice and blocking course; moulded architraves.

NE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: asymmetrical disposition of bays, to right of centre; 4 steps with original plain cast-iron handrails to panelled door with brass handle and fittings; plate glass rectangular fanlight above. Windows to flanking bays, each with 20th century stained glass to upper sections.

SW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen, 1994; extension to outer left bay.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Slate piended roof; droved ashlar and coped wallhead stacks to side elevations.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble with coping at front.
