Description

Early 19th century with later alterations and additions. Single storey with half-basement, 3-bay classical house. Droved ashlar with cement repairs, polished dressings; rubble side elevations. Band course between basement and ground; cornice and blocking course; moulded architrave.

NE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 4 steps, with original plain handrails, to deep-set modern door in bay to centre (set right of the true centre); rectangular radial fanlight above. Windows to flanking bays. Air vents to basement.

SW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen, 1994. Extension to outer left.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Slate piended roof; harled and coped truncated wallhead stack to NW; harled and coped wallhead stack to SE.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble with coping at front.
