Description
Early 19th century with later additions. Single storey with basement, 3-bay, symmetrical, classical house. Droved and painted ashlar, painted render to basement, rubble to side elevations and possibly to rear. Band course, cornice and blocking course; broad clasping Doric pilasters. Slightly raised bay at centre of principal NE elevation;
7 steps to deep-set panelled door, plate glass rectangular fanlight, colonnaded doorpiece, pilasters to outer section, Doric columns immediately flanking door. Windows to each level of flanking bays. Later extensions to right and centre bays of rear.
4-pane timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slated piended roof extended to rear over extensions. Rendered and coped wallhead stacks to side elevations.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.
BOUNDARY WALLS: squared rubble with ashlar coping with later harled addition to top.
